Shipping Information

Foxx Foe ensures the safe and speedy delivery of your purchase by sending all parcels via Express Post with Australia Post.  Postage and handling for orders sent within Australia are charged a flat rate of $8.00.  Purchasing only a Gift Voucher is a flat rate of $4.00.  Postage for New Zealand orders is a flat rate of $20.00 and all other international orders are sent at a flat rate of $30.00. 

• All Australian orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days, parcels being sent to Islands or remote locations may take slightly longer. 
• All New Zealand orders should be delivered within 5 - 14 business days. 
• International orders can take from 5-25 business days depending on where in the world it is being sent. 
• If you are not at home at the time of arrival you should be carded by the postal service delivering your parcel. 
• If you are not carded and do not receive your parcel within the designated delivery time please contact us at onlineenquires@foxxfoe.com and we will promptly track your parcel and notify you as soon as possible to it's location.
• Orders placed between December 20th- Jan 2nd may take longer due to high incidents of Public Holiday's during this period.
