Returns & Exchanges
- Foxx Foe online does not issue refunds for change of mind.
- Foxx Foe online will exchange or issue web credit for items purchased online with the exclusion of SALE items.
- Garments must be exchanged within 14 days of parcel receipt with original tags attached & proof of purchase.
- Please return your parcel & proof of purchase in a self addressed post bag to:

- We strongly suggest using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post. Foxx Foe will not be responsible for any parcel sent by a customer, that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number.
- Customers may also exchange full price garments in store within the time frame, provided there is a receipt for proof of purchase and the store has the stock available.
Faulty Garments
Here at Foxx Foe Online we do our very best to ensure all our customers receive garments of the highest quality.
However, if you believe your garment possesses a manufacturing fault please contact our online staff immediately at onlineenquires@foxxfoe.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
We require the garment to be returned to the Online Department at the above address for examination. If the garment is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace the garment within 5-7 business days if stock is available at the time of return or alternative we will reimburse the full amount along with the cost of returning the item for examination. A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed, and no refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt.
