Gift Vouchers

• All gift vouchers purchased online are valid for redemption both in stores & Foxx Foe Online
• Gift vouchers purchased in stores are only valid for redemption in stores (not online store)
  
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• If the full value of the gift voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining value will be issued by way of credit note (exchange card).

Credit Notes (Exchange Cards)

• All credit notes (exchange cards) are valid for 4 months from date of issue
• Credit notes (exchange cards) issued through Foxx Foe Online are only valid for redemption from the online store
• Credit notes (exchange cards) issued in stores are only valid for redemption in stores (not online).
